These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in any program, product, or service offered by Freeway Forward LLC dba The Anywhere Advisor ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including use of our website at https://www.theanywhereadvisor.com, our platform Mplify, our messaging services, and any related applications (collectively, the "Service").

By using our Service, enrolling in any program, submitting a form, or accessing any of our materials, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. General Participation Policy

We are committed to providing every participant with a professional and productive experience. We may, at our sole discretion, limit, suspend, or terminate your access to the Service without refund if you:

Engage in disruptive, abusive, threatening, or uncooperative conduct toward our team or other participants. Fail to comply with program guidelines, onboarding requirements, or payment obligations. Violate any provision of these Terms. Engage in fraudulent activity or misrepresent your identity, credentials, or business.

Termination decisions under this section are final and at the sole discretion of Freeway Forward LLC dba The Anywhere Advisor.

2. Program Deliverables

Deliverables vary by program and are confirmed in writing during onboarding. Depending on the specific program you enroll in, deliverables may include any combination of the following:

Webinar funnel build-out, including registration pages, thank-you flows, and reminder sequences Professional presentation deck creation Meta advertising campaign setup, management, and optimization AI-powered SMS and email follow-up sequence configuration Webinar campaign execution (up to four live campaigns within the engagement window) Evergreen webinar conversion setup Offer and positioning consulting

The specific deliverables applicable to your engagement will be confirmed in your program agreement or onboarding documentation. No deliverable is implied beyond what is expressly stated in that documentation.

3. Content and Intellectual Property

All program content, including but not limited to videos, written materials, presentation templates, funnel designs, ad copy, digital assets, and training materials, is the exclusive property of Freeway Forward LLC dba The Anywhere Advisor and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any program content without prior written permission from Freeway Forward LLC dba The Anywhere Advisor.

By enrolling in a program, you acknowledge and agree that:

All materials are licensed for your personal business use only and may not be shared with third parties. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of program materials, ad campaigns, and webinar content complies with the rules and regulations of your applicable professional regulatory bodies, including but not limited to FINRA, the SEC, state insurance departments, and any broker-dealer compliance requirements. You assume full responsibility for the use and application of all strategies, ideas, and materials provided through the Service. Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or resale of program content will result in immediate termination of access without refund and may subject you to legal action.

4. SMS/MMS Communications — A2P 10DLC Compliance

This section governs all text message communications sent by Freeway Forward LLC dba The Anywhere Advisor and is written to comply with A2P 10DLC requirements established by U.S. wireless carriers and the CTIA.

How Consent Is Collected

We collect consent to send text messages through opt-in checkboxes displayed on our website, webinar registration pages, landing pages, and other lead capture forms operated by Freeway Forward LLC dba The Anywhere Advisor or its platform Mplify. Consent is collected separately for non-marketing and marketing message types. No consent checkbox is pre-checked. Submission of a form containing a phone number field does not constitute consent to receive text messages unless you have affirmatively checked the applicable opt-in box.

Non-Marketing Messages

If you opt in to non-marketing communications, you consent to receive transactional and service-related text messages from Freeway Forward LLC dba The Anywhere Advisor, including webinar reminders, appointment confirmations, program updates, and account notifications.

Marketing Messages

If you opt in to marketing communications, you consent to receive promotional text messages from Freeway Forward LLC dba The Anywhere Advisor, including event announcements, special offers, new program information, and financial advisor marketing tips.

No Condition of Purchase

Your consent to receive text messages of either type is never a condition of purchasing any product or service from Freeway Forward LLC dba The Anywhere Advisor.

Opt-Out

You may withdraw consent and stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. Upon receipt of a valid STOP reply, we will send a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent to that number unless you affirmatively re-opt in through one of our forms.

Message frequency varies based on your program activity and the specific message type you have opted into.

Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Contact your carrier if you have questions about applicable rates.

Non-Sharing of Mobile Number Data

We do not sell, rent, lease, share, or transfer your mobile phone number or SMS/MMS opt-in consent data to any third party for their own marketing or commercial purposes. Your mobile number is used exclusively to deliver the specific message types you consented to at the time of opt-in. This applies to all mobile number data collected through any form, page, or application operated by Freeway Forward LLC dba The Anywhere Advisor or Mplify.

Consent Records

We maintain a timestamped record of each SMS opt-in consent event, including the date and time of consent, the source form or page, the phone number provided, and the exact consent language presented to the user at the time of opt-in. These records are retained for a minimum of four years and are available to carriers, regulators, or legal counsel upon request.

Platform

All SMS/MMS communications are transmitted through Twilio, Inc., a third-party communications platform. Twilio acts as a service provider on our behalf and is contractually prohibited from using your mobile number or message data for any independent marketing or commercial purpose.

Carrier Support

SMS services are available on all major U.S. wireless carriers. Carrier support may vary. We are not responsible for messages delayed or undelivered due to carrier filtering or network conditions outside our control.

5. Privacy and Confidentiality

You agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of all program materials and, where applicable, fellow program participants. You may not disclose, distribute, or use any confidential information shared within the program for any purpose outside of your own participation.

Confidential Information includes, without limitation:

Company trade secrets, proprietary processes, campaign strategies, and operational methods Information shared by other program participants, including testimonials, business details, or personal information Any training content, materials, or templates not publicly available on our website

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your program access without refund and may subject you to legal action, including injunctive relief, in addition to any other remedies available under applicable law.

5A. Opt-In Records and Consent Documentation

Freeway Forward LLC dba The Anywhere Advisor maintains complete records of all SMS opt-in consent events as described in Section 4. By submitting your phone number through any of our forms or applications, you acknowledge that a timestamped consent record will be created and retained in connection with your contact record. These records are maintained for a minimum of four years for compliance, audit, and legal purposes.

6. Interactive Features

If the Service includes community groups, online discussion forums, social media groups, or chat functions, you agree not to:

Harass, threaten, impersonate, or misrepresent yourself or others. Post content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of any person or entity. Solicit other participants for unrelated products, services, or business opportunities. Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any code designed to disrupt or damage the Service or its users. Engage in any activity that violates applicable federal, state, or local law.

We reserve the right to monitor, edit, or remove content and to suspend or terminate access for users who violate this section, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

7. Nature of Services — No Guarantee of Results

You understand and acknowledge that:

The marketing services provided by Freeway Forward LLC dba The Anywhere Advisor are designed to generate registered webinar attendees and booked appointments. They are a marketing supplement to your practice and are not a guaranteed source of clients, revenue, or sales.

We operate exclusively as an event promoter and marketing service provider. We are not licensed financial advisors, broker-dealers, or investment advisors, and nothing in our program constitutes financial, investment, or regulatory advice.

You are solely responsible for following up with leads, conducting consultations, complying with your professional regulatory requirements, and managing your business operations.

We cannot guarantee specific show-up rates, conversion rates, appointment counts, or income results. Results vary based on factors including but not limited to your market, follow-up practices, presentation quality, and local competitive conditions.

Advertising campaigns run on your behalf may be operated from ad accounts or pages managed by us. You are responsible for ensuring all campaign content complies with the rules and regulations of your applicable professional licensing and compliance authorities, including FINRA, the SEC, state insurance regulators, and your broker-dealer.

Definition of "Appointment"

For purposes of these Terms, an "appointment" is defined as a prospective client who has submitted their contact information and scheduled a time slot for a consultation through our funnel. An appointment does not guarantee attendance at the scheduled time, qualification as a prospect, or a completed sale.

8. Billing and Subscriptions

Billing terms vary by program and are confirmed at the time of enrollment. The following general terms apply:

Where applicable, subscription or retainer billing occurs on a 30-day cycle and auto-renews on your enrollment anniversary date unless cancelled in advance. You may cancel a subscription or retainer before the next renewal date by providing written notice to [email protected] prior to your renewal date. Prorated refunds may be considered only in circumstances where confirmed deliverables have not been fulfilled as expressly defined in your program agreement. Refund eligibility is determined solely by Freeway Forward LLC dba The Anywhere Advisor. All sales of one-time program fees are final except as expressly stated in your program agreement. Chargebacks initiated against valid charges under these Terms are a material breach of this agreement and may result in immediate termination of access, referral to collections, and legal action to recover amounts owed plus applicable fees.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Freeway Forward LLC dba The Anywhere Advisor, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising from or related to your use of the Service, your participation in any program, your reliance on any content or communications, or any interruption or cessation of the Service.

In all cases, our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Freeway Forward LLC dba The Anywhere Advisor in the thirty days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Earnings Disclaimer

Freeway Forward LLC dba The Anywhere Advisor makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee of any specific financial result, income level, or business outcome arising from participation in any program or use of the Service. The Anywhere Advisor has produced positive outcomes for clients, but individual results vary materially based on each client's background, experience, market, follow-up practices, work ethic, and factors outside our control. Past client results are not a predictor of your future performance. Nothing in our marketing materials, programs, or communications should be construed as a promise or guarantee of earnings.

11. Refund Policy

All program fees are final at the time of payment except as expressly stated in your individual program agreement. Where a prorated refund is applicable based on undelivered confirmed deliverables, the refund amount and eligibility are determined solely by Freeway Forward LLC dba The Anywhere Advisor. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and will be reviewed within ten business days of receipt.

12. Nondisclosure and Nonuse

In addition to the confidentiality obligations in Section 5, you agree to:

Not reverse-engineer, replicate, or commercialize any proprietary system, funnel, automation, or strategy provided through the Service. Use all company-provided content and materials solely for the authorized purposes of your enrolled program. Upon termination or expiration of your program, promptly cease all use of proprietary materials and, upon request, confirm in writing that such materials have been deleted or destroyed.

Violation of this section may result in legal action, including claims for injunctive relief and monetary damages.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), with proceedings conducted in Florida, USA.

The following terms apply to all arbitration proceedings under these Terms:

Neither party may bring claims as a plaintiff or class member in any class action, consolidated action, or representative proceeding. Each party shall bear its own attorneys' fees and costs unless the arbitrator determines that a claim was frivolous or brought in bad faith. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict of law principles. To the extent any matter proceeds in court rather than arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Polk County, Florida.

15. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written program agreement executed between you and Freeway Forward LLC dba The Anywhere Advisor, constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.
